Gaynell Anderson, Owner, PT, CSCS, CMPT
Gaynell Anderson is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Manual Physical Therapist. She is an independent business owner, establishing Absolute Physical Therapy of South West Florida in June, 2007. Her clinic provides outpatient physical therapy services including aquatic therapy, sports and orthopedic rehab, vestibular training, women’s health care, and preventive exercise/sports enhancement programs. She has been practicing for over 27 years with focus on orthopedic and sports rehab, and women’s health. Gaynell is currently pursuing her manual certification through the Florida Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She has taught as an adjunct professor in the Doctorate program of Physical Therapy for Florida Gulf Coast University and is the treating therapist for the Miami City Ballet during their performances in Naples. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Florida Physical Therapy Association, and the Florida Physical Therapists in Private Practice.

Michael Carroll, PTA
Michael has been working in physical therapy and sports medicine since 1995. Michael graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with his Bachelor’s degree in athletic training, and earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO. His experiences range from treatment of the geriatric population, to rehabilitation of professional athletes. Michael has a strong interest in orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation.
Dr. Alex Grasu has been practicing Physical Therapy for over a year in Naples, Fl and is a graduate from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2014. He is a hands-on therapist who values manual treatment and providing every patient with clinical information about their condition. Dr. Grasu decided immediately following high school he wanted to work in healthcare, particularly in a field that would allow him constant communication with patients and the ability to affect change. Moving to Naples has allowed him to have an active lifestyle and better understand the population he enjoys treating. Dr. Grasu is continuing to learn and take continuing education courses to better his manual techniques along with understanding of patient care. Knowing he is young and full of energy, he plans to constantly take the time to learn and make your therapeutic session as beneficial as possible.
Liz has been working in physical therapy and women’s health conditions for over a year. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and recently completed her Clinical Residency in Women’s Health from this institution as well. As a part of this residency, she has received in-depth training on a variety of women’s and men’s health conditions with special emphasis on utilizing the human movement system to promote optimal movement for optimal living for her patients. She believes that helping patients understand how to correct and improve their movement in their daily activities, occupation, sport, and recreation can empower them to return to a life of health and improved functional abilities. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Florida Physical Therapy Association, and the Section on Women’s Health.
